By using TaskHarmony apps and services, you agree to the following terms.
Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
TaskHarmony builds productivity and organization tools designed for personal use.
Some applications operate entirely offline, while others connect to the TaskHarmony Hub platform
for authentication, syncing, or premium features.
We strive to provide reliable and private tools, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access,
error-free performance, or perfect security. By accessing or using TaskHarmony Hub, the
TaskHarmony website, or any associated apps, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Services.
Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
- You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services.
- You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You may not use our Services for any unlawful purpose or to violate the rights of others.
Subscriptions and Payments
- Payments are processed by Stripe, Google Play, or Apple's App Store, depending on where you purchase. TaskHarmony does not store your full payment card details.
- By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing according to the plan selected.
- You may cancel Stripe subscriptions through your TaskHarmony Hub account portal. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the App Store must be canceled through that store. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access generally continues until the end of the current billing period, subject to the applicable provider's terms and applicable law.
- All fees are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
- Refund eligibility and procedures depend on where you purchased and applicable law. For purchases processed by Stripe, contact us about technical issues or accidental renewals; discretionary refunds may be considered. Google Play and App Store purchases are subject to the respective store's refund policies. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund rights you have under applicable law.
Local and Cloud Data
- Most TaskHarmony apps store personal content, such as notes, images, and tags, on your device by default. Syncing, backup, sharing, support submissions, and other cloud-supported features you choose to use may transmit relevant content or derived data to TaskHarmony or service providers.
- Account, purchase, device, security, and website or service interaction records may be processed on our servers even when your personal app content remains on your device. Data transfers, storage, and safeguards for cloud-supported features are described in our Privacy Policy.
- You may disable syncing, delete stored cloud data, or request deletion of your account through the TaskHarmony Hub account or data management portal. Some apps may also provide controls that allow you to delete server-stored data associated with that individual app.
- Data handling and deletion are further described in our Privacy Policy.
Data Responsibility and Backups
While TaskHarmony apps are designed to store and protect your data, you are responsible
for maintaining your own backups where appropriate. TaskHarmony does not guarantee that
data stored on your device or through optional syncing services will be preserved without loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaskHarmony is not responsible for data loss,
corruption, or recovery resulting from device failure, user actions, software errors,
or third-party services.
Bonus Points
-
Certain TaskHarmony apps or purchases may include bonus points that can be used to unlock
additional apps or features within TaskHarmony Hub. Bonus points are provided as an extra
benefit and are not a paid product, subscription, or guaranteed entitlement.
- Bonus points are complimentary and may be awarded, modified, or revoked at our discretion.
- Bonus points do not have monetary value and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred.
- Bonus points are separate from your subscription and are not considered part of any paid plan.
- Rules, availability, and required point amounts may change at any time.
Advertising and Analytics
- Free versions of TaskHarmony apps may include ads served by third-party partners such as Google AdMob.
- We do not sell user data but cannot completely control third-party data collection for ad delivery or analytics.
- You may upgrade to a premium subscription to remove ads where available.

- Third-party materials: Third-party software, libraries, AI models, media, and other materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights and applicable licenses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted to you under those licenses.
